Welcome to Coffee & Friends! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin offers the perfect getaway on an acre of riverfront property along the lower Mountain Fork River in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Bring your family or group of friends. It’s great for both! The kitchen with full-sized appliances opens to the spacious dining area. All kitchen essentials and cookware are there for you to use for meals together, including a coffee bar with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Coffee essentials are provided. All small appliances are offered with a toaster, hand mixer, toaster oven, and blender. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and you’ll also find a foosball table, darts, 2 arcade games, and plenty of board games. The living area also has floor to ceiling windows to let in the view of the river. Prefer to have shade or privacy? Adjustable exterior roller shades let you decide. Everything you’ll need to enjoy the outdoors can be found at Coffee & Friends. There is a fire pit with string lights, seating, and complimentary firewood. Under the carport shed is a propane grill with a picnic table. There is also a deck that opens from the living room so you can relax and enjoy nature and the views. For river access, there is a small gravel landing with steps so you can use the kayaks provided onsite for our guests. As with all our cabins, the kayaks are to be used near the cabin. There is no takeout downstream, so we always recommend going upstream while kayaking. Just about 20 minutes from downtown Broken Bow, you can feel secluded, yet close to shopping, dining, and all the tourist spots our area is known for including kayaking outfitters, hiking, and golf courses. Broken Bow Lake is a quick 30-minute drive if you’d like to visit Beavers Bend State Park while on vacation. A couple of things to note before deciding this cabin is for you is that the last half mile to the cabin is gravel. There are no hills and no truck is needed. This cabin can be accessed with any vehicle. Also, there is no fencing along the riverbank to separate the yard from the water. Please view the photos on the listing. We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs with an additional pet fee. Remember the yard is not fenced. You will be responsible for your pets and children.
