Great accommodations and amazing cozy atmosphere

We host retreats and this cabin has definitely exceeded the expectations. The house has everything we need and the view is spectacular.. We will continue working with this company and using this cabin set up!

2nd stay

This was our 2nd time booking this cabin. We had a group of 19 and had more than enough space for everyone. We love this location and can’t wait for our trip next year!

Perfect for large groups.

We held our Fantasy Football draft here and it was great. Double fridges and ovens were perfect for our group of grown man children!

Wonderful

The cabin was clean and location is almost perfect! There is a chicken farm up the road that we smelled only a couple of nights...but it didn’t keep us from making a campfire outdoors. The managers are very friendly and the cabin is ideally located on the river. It was perfect for us inside and out. There were lots of flies so I would recommend a fly trap or fly paper both on the porches and inside. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best experience!!!!!

This was my first time using VRBO and my first time renting a cabin. We went for a birthday celebration and had the best experience! The house was immaculate when we got there. It was the first time that the I felt pictures did not do it justice. Beautiful place, lovely outdoor area, and double everything in the kitchen! Great communication before check in and during stay, and everything you would need for a stay. I will recommend to EVERYONE and will for sure book again!

This cabin has expectational views and amenities. It is not to far from Hochatown but far enough away from other visitors. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking pans/utensils. The pictures online are exactly what the cabin looks like. Highly recommend for a group or a family get together.

Perfect for the family getaway!

We were initially reluctant about 2 bedrooms with all the bunk beds. It turned out to be PERFECT. Yep, we had to listen to each other snore and talk in our sleep, but we had the best time, together. The big thick mattresses where a great surprise. The location is wonderful. Right on the lake. The space was so big. There was plenty of room for the kids to play, and for the adults to visit, cook, play cards...whatever. The kitchen was big and had plenty of storage space. And the price was great!! You will hear from us again!

The Riverhawk has the everything needed or desired as far as amenities go for big groups. The beds are comfortable which is a huge plus considering the bunk house style of the Riverhawk. The location is peaceful and quiet, and the property is clean and well-maintained. If you want to kayak, you can! If you want to walk down and swim around in the river, you can! If you want to chill in the hot tub, you can! Between the Riverhawk and Firefly we were able to comfortably sleep our church's college group for a wonderful weekend getaway. Dawnisa was very welcoming, responsive, kind, and helpful. We plan to continue to return each year!

We rented Riverhawk & Firefly for a 91st birthday celebration. The accommodations were excellent & the management were incredible to deal with. We ranged from age 3 to 91 & everyone enjoyed the location & the time together. We would definitely rent from Mt Fork Management in the future.

Always a great experience.

Our group of guys have stayed at this cabin for 20+ years. Ever since Mt. Fork has taken over the management, the experience and features have dramatically improved. We're well taken care of and any issues are addressed quickly. We're looking to start coming in both the spring and fall in future years, staying here as we're always well cared for.

Great cabin for guys weekend

This was the perfect cabin for our large group. We had more than enough space. The amenities were exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning on coming back every year!

Beautiful place for a wedding.

A perfect place for a wedding, the view was absolutely stunning, plenty of room for the brides and bride's maids, perfect place for the cooks. The manager was always a phone call away if we needed anything or had questions. Thank you so much for everything.!

Perfect for large family getaways!!

All you really need to bring is the food! There were plenty of towels and comfortable sheets and blankets. We brought our corn hole boards, but there was some already there. Plenty of outside seating and activities. The whole family loved it and were already talking of coming back. Management was great and stayed ahead of all the info that you need.

Amazing stay

We had a great time at this huge cabin on the river! It was clean and spacious and felt very homey. It was such a bonus to have 4 showers and 4 toilets! Everyone loved being right by the river because they all love to fish! Town was not far at all and there was plenty to do. Management was amazing too. Anytime I had a question they were super quick to reply and did not hesitate to offer to bring us anything we needed. There were plenty of towels to shower and they provided laundry detergent and bleach to wash clothes if needed. With lots of kids this was a plus for us. We will be coming back!

Amazing for groups

Our group has stayed at this cabin for over 10+ years. We really appreciate the attention to detail regarding the regular updates, furnishings, and amenities. We typically fill out the cabin with a group of 20 guys and it accommodates our numbers extremely well. Plenty of space to hangout outside and in. The managers are accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries or requests. We're already making plans to return next year.

Absolutely stunning location

We had the best time. Gorgeous scenery and great memories. I grew up here and I was still stunned by its beauty. The cabins were perfect. I’ll be back.

Memorial Weekend family reunion

This is a wonderful place to stay for our family reunion right on the river. Very clean facility.

The cabin was not only beautiful, it was perfect for our large family reunion! The large kitchen was well appointed with two refrigerators, two microwaves and two stoves which helped mealtimes run smoothly. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoos and enough towels for large groups. The playground was great for the younger kids and the lounging areas for the adults on the front and back patios and fire pit area were comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the s’mores treat basket and coffee mugs, complements of James! James checked on us throughout our stay and was most kind to do so! We will stay here again!

This cabin is truly amazing, photos do no justice ! Located right by the river, quiet and spacious. Perfect for big families! We will be staying again for sure. There’s a beautiful playground as well for kids and so much room to play !

This is our second summer to stay at this cabin. We came with a crew of 7 moms & 14 kids, and stayed for 6 nights. Our entire group had an AMAZING time! The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were plentiful. This cabin is such a special vacation spot for large groups! The river is steps away from the back porch, and the side yard is perfect for sitting by the fire pit or striking up a game of kickball. James is so easy to work with and his response time is impeccable. We hope to make our summer stays, at this cabin, an annual tradition!

Great location

This place was much more than we were expecting. It blew us away. We had nine people, 4 being kids, and we were all incredibly comfortable. The huge common space was perfect. We could sit on the couch while the kids played shuffleboard. The dining table was humongous...enough room to have buffet style and eat at the other end. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pots and pans were clean and well taken care of. Bathrooms were very clean, showers were functioning and clean. We even did some laundry. Wanted to use the fireplace, but the weather was too hot..can’t wait to use it in the fall/winter time. Now the outside space...wow! RIGHT on the river! Was not expecting it to be that close and perfect. Seating area around the fire pit was maybe 5 feet from the back stairs on the covered patio. The steps down to the river was great for the kids...4 boys ages 9-13....this was perfect for them! They even got in the chilly water for a bit! We put up a volleyball net in the open grassy area about 100 ft from the house. It was PERFECT! Kids rode their bikes all around the property. Had some entertainment from the kayakers coming back in from their day out on the river. We will do that next time when we have more time. (Kayak rental directly next door...can walk over there in just a minute or two.) we even got to have an honorary doggy while we were there. I’m guessing one of the neighbors dog. He was a sweet little dog that loved being around us. We had a neighbor in the cabin that’s on the same property, but didn’t hear them. We saw them, but it was fine...no problems at all. Thanks for the s’mores and cups! We forgot to bring s’mores stuff...that was a saving grace!!! And those cups ❤️ Thanks for such a great place to stay. We will absolutely be back here soon! Looking at dates now!

Very private and awesome location by the river! The double oven came in handy, and all the games at the cabin made it a fun place to stay at. James was quick on answering any questions we may have had and proved to be a great host.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place and our experience there! James was very quick and gracious in his responses to my questions. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean and plentiful. We had everything our larger group of 14 could possibly need. The location is excellent! We were right on the river, with easy access to swimming, & kayak rentals just 2 lots down. While the house was refreshingly off-the-beaten-path, it only 20 minutes to drive in to town. In town, there are cute shops, places to eat, a fun petting zoo, and Beaver Bend State Park (which you must experience at least one day of your stay in Broken Bow). We will most definitely be back! Book your vacation here, TODAY!

We enjoyed our stay at Riverhawk cabin so much! It was very clean and the Christmas decorations added such a homey vibe. It was the perfect getaway from the city. The river in the back was so serene and all the surrounding nature was beautiful. The cabin is so spacious we had more than enough space dos the 16 of us. The host was very quick to respond to my questions and had all the amenities necessary. Would definitely recommend staying here.
